Refund and Returns Policy

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be proven to be not working or have errors in place I can replicate and test. As we do not sell physical products often, we do not provide “returns” in most cases, but we do endeavour to have clients happy, and we do quote with itemised specificity,  so if the service quoted has been fulfilled, any extra work will need quoting and completing separately. If the work has not been carried out to your satisfaction, and has not met the quote specifications, then a full refund will be given, or work completed to meet quote specifications. We only deal with fixed price services to make sure you are not hit with any unexpected charges at all.

Additional non-returnable items:

  • Gift cards
  • Third party software products and accounts (these are not under our control)
  • Items already purchased and used from third party sources (these are not under our control)

Refunds

Once your email refund request or grievance is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have inspected and either a) fixed the issue or b) refunded the charges. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund will full reasons why and documentation. On rare occasions of physical products  being returned, we will refund shipping charges also with proof of shipping purchases.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 24 hours usually, unless your specific bank has a payment clearing time limitation. Sometimes this can be 3 working days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again 3 days later. Email us and we will be happy to provide proof the refund has been sent and verify details with you.

Then contact your credit card company if still cannot locate refund, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Any item can be considered for refund, even items on sale.

Exchanges

We only provide services not physical products, so a refund, or fixing your issue, is usually what we offer. If you receive a physical product exchange, we can only provide this with availability at our suppliers. If a replacement cannot be found a refund will be given.

Where they will be inspected and we will contact you when a decision is made and either 1) refund immediately, or 2) ship your product back to you. Please send recorded delivery and provide a return address.

Gifts

If the item was a gift card when purchased and emailed directly to you, you cannot refund this gift card. You can only use gift cards to buy services from us. If you wish to refund the gift card sale within 1 business day of purchase we will refund.

Shipping returns

We do not use physical products often, but if we do we will refund all shipping costs if item is found to be at fault. Please keep any proof of purchase for shipping as shipping charges cannot be refunded without it.
